These terms cover your use of unfiltered.sh (the website and the API). By creating an account number or using an API key you agree to them and to the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. What we sell

unfiltered.sh gives you access to open-weight language models through an OpenAI-compatible API. Today that is DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, a community "abliterated" build of an open-weight mixture-of-experts model. The models are community releases; unfiltered.sh did not train them and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by their creators. You buy seats: a reserved speed (tokens per second) during a fixed time slot of 3 to 5 hours. Tokens within your slot are unlimited, subject to the fair-use guards in the docs.

2. Accounts

Your account is a random 16-digit number. We do not ask for an email, a name or a password. Whoever has the number controls the account. We cannot recover a lost number, and we cannot tell who you are, so we cannot restore access for anyone.

3. Prepaid credit

• You add credit by paying SOL or USDC on Solana. Credit is shown in US dollars at the rate quoted when you created the payment request.
• Credit is prepaid and non-refundable, and it cannot be withdrawn or exchanged back to crypto.
• Payments sent without the payment reference, to the wrong address, in the wrong amount or after the request expired may not be credited automatically.
• Seats are paid from credit when you buy them. A bought seat cannot be cancelled by you.

4. Outages and missed speed

We try hard to deliver the speed you bought for the whole slot. If an outage or a missed speed target affects your seat, we add credit to your account in proportion to the affected time. If we cancel a slot, the full seat price goes back to your credit. Outage credit is the only remedy; we do not pay out cash.

5. Privacy and logs

We do not store your prompts or the model's outputs. We keep only what running the service needs: account number, credit balance, seats, payment references and on-chain transaction ids, token counts and timings. The website uses no cookies and no trackers.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you send and how you use the output. The model can be wrong, offensive or dangerous; check its output before relying on it. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend seats that break it, without a refund.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the credit you paid in the 30 days before the claim.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Seats you already bought keep the terms that applied when you bought them.
